Faces of Ryan White
Bruce Gilliam, MD trains clinicians in Maryland and elsewhere as part of the Pennsylvania/Mid-Atlantic AETC, one of 11 regional HIV clinician training centers under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. He develops curricula, teaches, and wears many hats, like lead faculty trainer at the Baltimore site implementing a nationwide initiative to make HIV testing a routine part of primary care so that more HIV-infected persons can learn their status and get in care.
