  • HIV/AIDS Bureau Overview of the ADAP Data Report (218 KB PDF) During this session, HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) will give an overview of the ADAP Data Report (ADR). HAB will also discuss the importance of the data submitted by grantees as well as how those data are used.

    This session offers an in-depth look at the different data elements collected in the ADR Client-level Data Report.

  • Getting Ready for the ADR (347 KB PDF)
    The last workshop defined the data elements. This workshop will help you identify your data sources for the ADR. This session will cover all data elements. Because many are part of the AQR, the session will focus more closely on the NEW elements. During this workshop, you will learn how to:
    • Identify the data for the ADR
    • Locate the data for the ADR
    • Identify partners for the ADR process
    • Create a calendar to submit your data
    These tools will help grantees implement proactive processes that facilitate ADR data collection and reporting, as well as improve data completeness and quality.
