Communities Learning Together: Advancing HIV Care and Support through Fiscal Management and Organizational Development
The Communities Learning Together (CLT) program provided technical assistance and training to Ryan White grantees in topics related to sound fiscal practices and fiscal sustainability. CLT was implemented by the CAEAR Foundation, (now called HealthHIV) under a cooperative agreement with HRSA HAB.
