TA Topic: Oral Health

The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program supports oral health programs in all Parts (Parts A-D, F). Oral health care is one of multiple eligible services and is a legislative priority for funding under a group of “core” primary medical services for Parts A, B, and C. In addition, Part F supports the Dental Reimbursement Program and the Community-based Dental Partnership Program.

Technical assistance related to oral health includes clinical training and support materials, performance measures, and management and reporting information.

  An overview of the work of Ryan White's Community Based Dental Partnership Program. Section IV lists sample tools and resources developed by Dental Partnership grantees, which might be adapted and used by others in delivering oral health care to PLWHA.
