Topic: Quality Management

To measure and improve the quality of care they provide, Ryan White grantees must establish clinical quality management programs and collect data on the services they deliver. The HIV/AIDS Bureau defines quality as the degree to which a health or social service meets or exceeds established professional standards and user expectations.

The resources on this page are designed to help grantees meet these standards and expectations. They include a calendar of training opportunities, online tools and tutorials, and on-site technical assistance.
