The GCMS or Grantee Contract Management System is a data-storage system that allows grant recipients to enter and maintain their agency’s Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) contracts. The GCMS was introduced to decrease the data-entry burden on recipients by allowing agencies to enter information into one system and have that information populate multiple reports. Current reports that are linked to the GCMS include the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Services Report (RSR), the Program Terms Report (PTR), the Consolidated List of Contractors (CLC), and the Allocations Report.
