A Legacy of CareReflect on some of the early days of the AIDS crisis in Henry Waxman, The Unsung Hero in the Fight Against AIDS, by one of his former staffers at the time, Timonthy Westmoreland. Representative Waxman of California was an early advocate for confronting HIV/AIDS head-on and helped father the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program.
