CDC Ad Campaign

Are you a gay man living with HIV and a former smoker?

CDC is looking for men ages 25—50 to share personal stories about the health effects of smoking in the next Tips From Former Smokers ad campaign.  To qualify, you must be:

  • An ex-smoker and have quit smoking at least 6 months ago.
  • Willing to have your doctor sign a legal statement verifying that smoking worsened or contributed to your health condition.
  • Able to travel for filming.
  • Willing to submit to a background check.
