The HRSA EHE Initiative Triannual Report supports federal requirements to monitor and report on funds distributed through the Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Initiative. Service providers that receive EHE Initiative funding report aggregate information on the number of clients receiving specific services and the number of clients who were prescribed antiretroviral medications in the previous four months. EHE data complements RSR and other reporting mechanisms and supports the HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau's ability to monitor EHE Initiative activities and assess progress toward meeting national goals for ending the HIV epidemic.
The Grantee Contract Management System (GCMS) is derived from the RSR Grantee Report and is a provider contract data entry system used to pre-populate several of HAB’s deliverables including the Ryan White Services Report (RSR), the Consolidated List of Contractors (CLC) Report, and the Allocations portion of the Allocations and Expenditures Report. Use of the GCMS eliminates the need for users to re-enter data into multiple reports.

To support federal requirements to monitor and report on funds distributed under the CARES Act, the HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) created a new data reporting module – the COVID-19 Data Report (CDR) – to collect information on CARES Act funded activities. The CDR will collect monthly, aggregate data on the types of services provided and number of people served for the treatment or prevention of COVID-19 among RWHAP-eligible clients. Completion of the CDR is required for all providers (regardless of whether they are recipients or subrecipients) who receive CARES Act funding.

The ADAP Data Report (ADR) is an annual reporting requirement for AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAPs) to provide client-level data on individuals served, services being delivered, and costs associated with these services. Data are used to monitor client health outcomes, monitor ADAP activities in relation to HIV needs across the U.S. and track progress in relation to national HIV/AIDS goals. The ADR's two components are the: Grantee Report (basic information about recipient characteristics and policies) and Client Report (or client-level data).
