HIV Care Continuum Center for Engaging Black MSM Across the Care Continuum

CEBAAC (and the initiatives His Health and Well Versed) provides training and technical assistance (e.g., CEs, models of care) to support HIV care engagement for Black men who have sex with men.

HIV Care Continuum Dissemination of Evidence-Informed Interventions

The Dissemination of Evidence-Informed Interventions initiative will run from 2015-2020 and disseminate four adapted linkage and retention interventions from prior SPNS and the Secretary’s Minority AIDS Initiative Fund (SMAIF) initiatives to improve health outcomes along the HIV Care Continuum.
