What Medicare costs are payable by the RWHAP?

RWHAP funds may be used to pay for Medicare premiums and cost-sharing associated with Medicare Parts B, C, and D coverage, when doing so is determined to be cost-effective in the aggregate and includes coverage for both outpatient/ambulatory health services and prescription drug coverage that includes at least one drug in each class of core antiretroviral therapeutics.
