These charts show improvements in completeness of data reported by Ryan White grantees from 2010 to 2015, measured by known rates for client demographics and clinical information.

Chart 1: Improvements in Completeness Rates for Demographic Data Elements

Providers are reporting more complete responses for key demographic data elements. This chart shows a continual increase in completeness rates from 2010 to 2015 for enrollment status, housing status, medical insurance, and poverty level. Providers are reporting required demographic data for almost all of their clients.

Chart 2: Improvements in Completeness Rates for Clinical Data Elements

This chart shows that although providers initially struggled with reporting Viral Load Test Results and CD4 Test Results, completeness rates from 2010 to 2015 have greatly improved. Prescribed ART also saw a considerable increase.
