Provider surveys are used to collect information about HIV-related medical and support services in the Part A jurisdiction (such as types of services, populations served, languages spoken, hours of operation, accessibility, service models, and more). Data gathered by provider surveys help to show the strengths and gaps in the local service system, and are used to create a Resource Inventory for the jurisdiction as well as a Profile of Provider Capacity and Capability.
